How We Price
Our fees reflect the preparation, delivery, and follow-up documentation included in each session. All prices are in GBP and cover VAT where applicable. Payment is requested after booking confirmation and before the session date.

What Affects the Final Quote
Several factors can adjust pricing:
- Multi-wallet complexity. Holders managing more than three wallets or mixing hardware and software setups may need extended sessions, quoted individually.
- On-site visits. Workshops or consultations at your premises outside central London include a travel fee based on distance.
- Urgent scheduling. Sessions requested with less than 48 hours notice may carry a £25 expedite fee if we can accommodate them.
- Follow-up sessions. A brief 30-minute check-in within 30 days of your initial consultation is included at no charge. Additional follow-ups are £45.
Payment
We accept bank transfer and major debit or credit cards. Invoices are issued upon booking confirmation. Workshop bookings for organisations can be arranged with purchase order payment where required.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Later cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy.
